After no action on my home with another agent, I listed with Patti. She sold my home in 17 days through advertising not related to the MLS. (Although it was listed there too) Even though she was not a local agent in my area, I was impressed by the research she did to get familiar with my unique location. During the process my homes appraisal came in much lower than the agreed upon amount. Knowing the appraisal was not an accurate assessment of the value due to its unique location and lot size, she was able get the appraisal dismissed and a new appraisal performed that came in closer to what she felt the value should be. In the end she was able to negotiate a sales price even higher than the appraised value. Excellent agent. She worked very hard for me and I highly recommend her.
